This gated property is available to rent as a private 2-level villa for up to 12 guests or as two separate units each with its own private entrance and outdoor living area. Guests enjoy a gorgeous infinity pool and jacuzzi with rainforest views, lush landscaping, ample parking, air conditioning, reliable 100 mbps wifi, cable TV and Netflix, laundry facilities, and full kitchens both upstairs and on the main level.
The neighborhood is friendly and safe, comprised of local Ticos (Costa Ricans), expatriates, and nature-loving travelers of all ages from around the world. The human population lives in peaceful coexistence with abundant wildlife, including howler, titi, and capuchin monkeys, two-toed and three-toed sloths, frogs, iguanas, geckos, brilliantly colored butterflies and over 300 species of birds, including toucans, scarlet macaws, hummingbirds, eagles, owls, parrots, herons, and many others!
Beyond our front gate, there's a small grocery store just a few minutes' walk and it's about another 1/4 mile (400 meters) to reach Manuel Antonio's main road with eclectic dining spots, cafes, bars, banks/ATMs, gift shops, art galleries, day spas, pharmacies and most of the larger hotels and hostels that lead the way to the world-famous beaches the town is known for. Some guests choose to rent a vehicle to get around the area with maximum freedom while others choose to walk and take taxis and the local bus that shuttles back and forth on the main road between Quepos and Manuel Antonio National Park several times an hour throughout the day.
